Srujana is a Senior Associate on the Value Creation Team and joined Vector Capital in 2026.

Prior to Vector, Srujana was a Manager at Bain & Company. At Bain, she advised private equity funds on commercial and operational due diligence efforts, and led growth strategy and operational improvement transformations for technology and financial services clients.

Srujana received her MBA from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Virginia.
