Ryan joined Vector Capital’s Credit team as an Associate in 2026.

Prior to joining Vector, Ryan was an Associate in Lazard’s Restructuring & Liability Management group, where he advised companies and creditors on complex restructurings, liability management transactions, and capital structure solutions.

Ryan received his J.D. and M.B.A. from the NYU School of Law and NYU Stern School of Business. He also holds a B.A. from Rutgers University.
