John is the Chief Financial Officer and joined Vector in 2026.

John is an experienced and accomplished private equity CFO. He joins us directly from Norwest Equity Partners, where he has served as CFO since 2021. Previously, he was CFO of Charlesbank Capital Partners for about 6 years. Before that, he spent nearly a decade at Berkshire Partners after beginning his career at PwC, where he worked as an auditor for 8 years.

John has lived in Florida with his wife and two children for the past five years. The family previously lived in Boston, Massachusetts, and he and his wife are focused on raising loyal Boston sports fans.
