Andrew joined Vector in 2025 and is responsible for the firm’s credit opportunity origination efforts, which includes establishing and maintaining the firm’s relationships with company senior executives and board members, as well as advisory firms and other important intermediaries.

Andrew has worked with technology companies for over two decades including as an advisor, operator, and investor. Prior to joining Vector, Andrew was a Managing Director with SVB Financial Group, where he covered growth and late stage oriented private equity firms focused on the technology and technology-enabled universe of companies to originate acquisition, buyout, dividend recapitalization financing, or refinancing opportunities. During his tenure there he financed over fifty transactions, representing nearly 1.5 billion in financing commitments. Prior to SVB Financial Group, Andrew was a Principal with Hercules Growth Capital, as well an Investment Banker with BMO Financial Group, and SVB.

Andrew has a B.S. from Babson College where he concentrated in Finance and Economics and is a CFA Charterholder.
