Insight & Approach
Through thematic diligence, Vector identified real estate brokerage software as a fragmented, underinvested sector with few true enterprise-grade SaaS platforms capable of serving the needs of leading brokerages, which face pressures to increase agent productivity and attract and retain agents. Vector was attracted to MoxiWorks’ reputation of thought leadership and excellent customer service, and partnered with Windermere, Long & Foster, and Howard Hanna Real Estate to accelerate the expansion of MoxiWorks’ brokerage software platform. In September 2019, Vector announced a meaningful growth investment in the company as well as a partial recapitalization.
