Vector identified Emarsys as a leader in the attractive and rapidly growing cloud-based digital marketing software sector, and built a strong, collaborative relationship with the founders and management team. Emarsys recently announced the launch of its new B2C Marketing Cloud, designed from the ground up for B2C companies seeking to build personalized, long-lasting relationships with customers. The Emarsys B2C Marketing Cloud combines – in one flexible solution – high-performance multichannel marketing automation with sophisticated add-on analytics technologies that drive customer engagement, repeat purchases, brand loyalty, and revenue. Vector announced a $33 million growth capital investment in September 2015, the first institutional funding received by Emarsys in its 15-year history, to support the Company’s accelerated international growth in the U.S. and Latin American markets, invest in product innovation, and expand sales and marketing teams.

Vector Value Add

Since the investment, Vector has closely collaborated with Emarsys’ management team to develop and execute their U.S. and Latin American growth plan, further strengthen Emarsys’ market leading SaaS platform, and strengthen and augment their executive leadership team. Vector has been instrumental in identifying and recruiting several key hires, board members, and advisors to Emarsys, including the President of the Americas, a new Chief Marketing Officer, and an independent Board Member with significant industry experience.
