Max joined Vector Capital as an Associate in 2020.

Prior to Vector, Max was an Investment Banking Analyst at Qatalyst Partners in San Francisco, where he worked on a variety of technology mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Qatalyst, Max was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard, where he worked in their San Francisco technology mergers and acquisitions group. Prior to joining Lazard, Max worked in a variety of operational and sales roles at Lucid Software.

Max graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University, where he received a B.S. in Finance.
