Stuart joined Vector Capital in 2012. Previously, Stuart worked for Jetsetter, a Gilt Groupe Company where he was the VP of Human Resources and Administration.
Prior to Jetsetter, Stuart was with Register.com, a Vector portfolio company where he was the SVP, Human Resources prior to Vector's acquisition in 2005 and where he remained until September 2010. Prior to joining Register.com, Stuart led human resources for technology companies C3i and McDATA, where he was on the leadership team during their IPO in 2000. Prior to his career in human resources Stuart practiced law for 5 years.
Stuart works with Vector portfolio companies and other members of the Vector team to ensure that portfolio companies are maximizing their human capital through talent acquisition, leadership development and organizational design and effectiveness. Stuart is also involved in human resource due diligence on new investments.
Stuart holds a B.A. from Vassar College and received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
