Randy joined Printronix, a Vector Capital portfolio company, in 2008 and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2009. As Senior Vice President of business development, Eisenbach lead the acquisition of TallyGenicom. Before joining Printronix, Eisenbach served as the Chief Operating Officer of Corel Corp., a Vector Capital portfolio company. Responsible for its restructuring and acquisition integration efforts, Eisenbach guided Corel through three acquisitions that transformed the $100 million privately held company into a $250 million publicly traded company. He also served as the President and COO of Enseo Corp.
Randy holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
