Amish is a Managing Director at Vector Capital. His investment focus spans buyouts and corporate spinouts of enterprise software, consumer packaged software, business services and technology-driven manufacturing companies. Amish also leads Vector's operational efforts across its portfolio, working with management teams to articulate and implement their strategy. After leading the take private of Corel Corporation, he served as Interim CEO, architecting its turnaround and rollup strategies. He currently serves on the Boards of 20-20 Technologies, Corel, Certara, Gerber, Printronix and Tidel Engineering.
Prior to joining Vector, Amish was the CEO of CommercialWare. He orchestrated the successful spinout of CommercialWare from its public parent and transformed it into one of the leading providers of multi-channel order processing and fulfillment software for retailers. CommercialWare was acquired by DataVantage. Prior to CommercialWare, Amish worked at General Atlantic Partners where he focused on identifying, acquiring and building enterprise software and IT infrastructure companies. Before General Atlantic Partners, Amish worked at McKinsey & Company.
The World Economic Forum has named Amish a Technology Pioneer and Young Global Leader. Amish has an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School.
