Prior to joining Vector Capital, Stephen spent four years working at Merrill Lynch in its Technology Investment Banking Group based in New York. He predominantly focused his origination efforts on technology services, software and electronics companies. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2005, he worked in the Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Investment Banking Group focusing on technology M&A and corporate finance. Over his investment banking career, he executed over 25 technology-related transactions, including M&A and capital raisings across the capital structure, representing over $20 billion in total transaction value.
Stephen received his B.A. from Columbia College.
