Ilya joined Vector in 2007. He identifies and evaluates potential investments for the Vector Credit Fund. Ilya has focused on investments across the capital structure in both private and public securities.
Prior to 2009, Ilya evaluated investments for the Vector Capital private equity effort. He worked on the acquisitions of Corel Corporation and Aladdin Knowledge Systems.
Prior to Vector, Ilya worked in the Leveraged Finance group at JPMorgan Chase in New York. While there, he helped structure and syndicate loans to clients in a wide variety of industries.
Ilya has a B.S. with distinction from Duke University.
