Rock is a Principal at Vector and joined the firm in 2005.
Rock’s areas of expertise include enterprise and infrastructure software, storage, media and public company investing. He currently sits on the board of Cambium Networks. He has participated in transactions such as Register.com, WatchGuard Technologies, InterVideo, Certara, Printronix, TallyGenicom, Cambium Networks, and Technicolor.
Prior to Vector, Rock worked in Morgan Stanley’s Technology Investment Banking Group. During this time, he assisted in financing and/or advisory work in the semiconductor, wireless, enterprise software and messaging security sectors. His clients included Atheros Communications, nVIDIA, ON Semiconductor, Seagate Technology, Solectron, as well as a number of software companies in sectors ranging from tools and ERP to storage and security.
Rock holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
