Josiah joined Vector Capital as an Associate in 2015.
Prior to Vector, Josiah was an investment banking analyst in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in San Francisco. He focused on a variety of transactions in the technology space including debt financings, equity offerings, leveraged buyouts, and M&A.
Josiah graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, receiving a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Philosophy from the College of Arts and Sciences. He was a Joseph Wharton Scholar and Benjamin Franklin Scholar and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Sigma Tau.
